Not quite sure if this is the problem you had. I had a temperature error where it tried to heat tool 1 instead of tool 0 and would freeze. This is how I solved it.

I disassembled the carriage, then re-assembled it. I think the eccentric nut was backwards. I have it all assembled and printing right now.

Carriage crazy loose
I just received my A10 and the setup was super slick. The only catch is that the carriage is extremely loose. I tried to adjust the eccentric nut, but that has not helped. Any other tips?
