When I select a file or choose to preheat the PLA the fan goes off and the screen goes blank (still on).

I solved this problem by switching the power supply switch to 120 volts from 220.

It wasn't listed in the steps and I'd assumed that was already set because the description of the shipped product said it was set up for 120.
