Hello,
I've also receive my new GT2650 v3 yesterday for the same first issue and for me it's the same : only X move but Y, Z and Extruder not move.
I've flash 1.1.8 marlin for GT V3 but it's the same (flash with arduino IDE 1.8.5). Is there a issue with the new v3 board and the A10 printer ?

Re: printhead structure, bed structure and eccentric twist
I've fixed the first issue by disassemble all the printhead and bend the metal guide to have a straight line
. Now it's ok.
For the second issu I've not found any solution yet. I've played with eccentric but nothing, the bed still not moving smoothly and I've got a wobble effect

printhead structure, bed structure and eccentric twist
Hi,
I've just receive my new A10 and I've got several quality issues  .
First : the printhead is moving in all position even if I put the eccentric in the highest position => the printhead structure seem to be twist (see picture)
