Marlin 1.1.9 Mixer Menu on lcd A10M

Hi,
I am missing the menu entries to display the mixer settings on the Info Screen and to have the possibility to manipulate it during print with the lcd.

I had problems with bed leveling due an uneven bed (Super Plate) and switched to ubl. But with the Marlin 1.1.8 version ubl crashed into the bed ...
