Brand New A10M first print issue direct

I bought this Geeetech A10M 2 week ago
Tonight I was going to make the first print ...
I started ok of sample on SD card "Dog"
and get about layer 30 the temp for nozzle show 340 celsius
and it started get smoke from printer nozzle.
I stop the print ...

But the temp on nozzle not get lower, I ...
