Hi all,
i have just installed Easyprint 1.2.6 to on a laptop with win 10 Enterprise

When I load an stl model and press the button Slicer the program complains with this message:

Any idea how to fix this error?

Look like Under Extrusion
You should look at the extruder topic. There are many posts for a not working extruder.
I think you heard "clack, clack, clack" from your extruder.

I inspect the voltage, and I find that the A4988 at extruder side measures 0 volt between potentiometer and GND, and 5 volt between VDD and GND. If you remove the cooling part, it will print at layer height of 0.2 mm or smaller, but at 0.3 mm it is still skipping

I had the same problem. I removed the golden cooling part of the extruder, it runs only with fan. Finally there was No clicking sound and it works! :D If somebody has the same proble, try this. I think the feeding stepper stuck in the cooling part. :ugeek:

PS: dont screw the fan to tight to the ...

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem neuen i3 pro w
Leider ist mein Englisch nicht so gut, also schreibe ich auf Deutsch :|
Auch wenn die Düse aufgeheizt ist, kann man das Filament weder rein noch rausschieben.

Nachdem ich den Drucker aufgebaut habe,wollte ich meine erste Sache drucken ...
