How can i upgrade board from Mac?

I tried everything, but without any result.

Hi, I fined that it stops using auto level sensor. And after upgrading software, it can’t see any files from any sd card. I can’t print from PC, I am Mac user.

You can use the Reset button as an emergency stop.
Look in the operator panel menu for the function of restoring the factory settings.
