Put video format the forum will accept by upload button.
I first tried a MP4 format but I got a "MP4 format not acceptable red" warning. I then converted the MP4 to a MP3/ wav file and the form acted as if it accepted it, but it is not showing on my post so I suppose it did not accept the MP3 either.
