Yeah... did check the results from several prints. But some prints using Slic3r have poor quality results when using the default settings. So I used back my old slicer software and strictly doing comparison based on there.
Extrusion Fan did play an important role, but once install the fan I guess ...

UPDATE: Most probably is overheated extrusion. I tried another version printing without heated bed activated, and seems almost resolve the issue. Not sure how and why. Still exploring this hardware... (not yet install nozzle cooling fan), and also trying other slicer software. Not dependent on ...

Hi, may I know what is wrong? I’m using the same GCODE for this test and seems print result is different. I don’t think is overheat or wobble issue now. Thx.

Yes, Did took notes from everyone of you. Thanks guys! Now seems solved mostly all the issues mentioned earlier, by troubleshooting one after the other, one step at a time.

This photo clearly show "bad temperature" - too high.
Try to use fan on the hotend with same settings. PLA need fan a lot.
I use the default settings, at 200c temperature in Slic3r. Will install a fan soon. However not sure will it resolves the wobble issue.

Does Geeetech selling frame as spare parts? I wish to swap the components to metal/plastic/aluminium/etc. frame if this model can’t be resolve. However I try my best to see what alternative solutions or even if possible to print another frame or part of it. Thx.
