Is there any solutions?

I have the same problem with mine.
I bought it, I printed the Benshi and I cannot print properly anything else.

I tried to cleaned the head, but no way.
I tried to open the head, but I cannot take off the mixer :(

When i try to print, I have a small line with sometime ...
