I have an A20m and when I switch it on today everything started up as normal, but the fans and LCD went off. the power lights still on and there a red light on main board but everything else is dead. Can anyone help, its only 6 weeks old

I've just got an A20m but it does not wipe the nozzle before printing. Is there a code you can add to the G Code ?
