Solved the case.... The filament was cracked behind the extruder.. *sheesh* An with Cura 4.5 Every Extruder is usable...

I recently got an A10T. Builded it and testing it currently with Cura. Somehow, I can select Extruder 2 and Extruder 3 for print. But when I try to print on Extruder 1 (T0) it uses the last given Virtual Extruder. An giving it T0 after slice in the GCode itself doesn't work either ...
