Hi.
I have checked all the cables and connections at the hotend and everything looks good, it's really strange.
I will test the connections to see if everything is ok before powering the printer and I will post the results.

No, mi computer isn't detecting the printer.
I guess the microcontroller is powered via the 24v power source, and without the fuse no current reaches it.
No leds are turning on in the board at any moment.
Edit: I have tried to connect the good fuse replacing the blown ...
