Geeetech

Hello
I’m very new in 3D printers’s world!
I bought geeetech A20M and superplate, but when I try to set it up the extruder goes too deep. I look around and I found that the problem is set the Z axis through firmware update, but i’m not able to do that. Can anyone help me?
I use cura for Mac as slicer.
