i have new the i3 pro w. i have problems with load the filamen (PLA).

i have used the function preheat PLA and wait thas the nozzle has reacht the 210°C.
i has the put in the filament manualy, then i use under move axis-> move 1mm -> Extruder in +

but the filament comes not out at the ...
