same exact thing happened to me. No response.

trying to install the 3D touch. The pin goes up and down at startup but not when calibrating fro the control panel. It has already rammed into my plate once. This is a brand new A30 Pro, do I need to do anything? I have followed the video but it will not go up/down by the button.

Finally got my printer tonight. I'm trying to find where to attach the spool bracket to the top, there are no pre-drilled holes in the top frame for it????

whats the lastest firmware for the A30 Pro and is it the same as the A30?

I placed an order online last week for the heat pad kit but some descriptions say it already has one. I sent 2 emails to sales@ and no reply. Not a big deal as I can probably sell it but i'd like an answer. I haven't gotten the printer yet.
