ok, I figured it out that I have to run over to the printer and change the mixer to 100%,0%, 0% but I can't find a setting cura that would set this as part of the print.

Just bought the A20t and wanted to do a simple single color print. So I put the red filament in the feeder on the left as you face the front of the machine. I'm controlling the print via a USB cable through CURA which has been set up for this specific machine.
