no function on extruder

hi.
i have an problem with my extruder on my printer.( geeetech i3 pro w)

it don´t move.

all other steppers (motors) are ok.

Attempt to solve the problem:
- i have change the driverboard without an success
- i have swapped the cables x-wise between the motors on the mainbord with success ...
