Hi, but in fact, the support is to protect your dangling parts, so you don't need to adjust the values very much.

So are you saying: "Yes, there is a bug in the software, I was wrong to doubt you. The software is not working as intended, but I don´t care, because I tell you, that you do not need this feature"?

So are you going to fix it or do I need to get another slicer?

You can print the view by setting different support distances, but as you see the greater the support distance, the print quality is rougher.
