Geeetech A10 problem solving instruction

Post by jojudima »

Hello,

The extruder step motor moves back and forth, but the filament does not advance.
Disassembled, the motor shaft moves smoothly.

I have exchanged it for the one on the Y-axis but the problem persists.

For this reason, no filament comes out and I cannot print.

Model Geeetech A10
Marlin 1.1.8
2017-12-25
Board info

GT2560 V3.1
FW ver 1.5
HW ver 5.00

Hi, my friend.
I think it may be that the feeder screw on the motor is too tight to feed normally, you can adjust it.
You can also provide pictures or videos, I will better judge for you.

Hi,you can check whether the motor cable is connected well, or replace the drive to see if there is a problem with the drive.

Hi, I bought it at Shenzhen Getech Technology Co., Ltd. and was delivered by Amazon in december 17th.

Is there any Service in Spain?

As far as I know it is under warranty period, can you send me the motherboard?
