Some problems with lcd

Hello, everybody!

I've bought my a10 printer in the beginning of the may.
All was fine, but sometimes lcd is filled with random ascii symbols.

Clicking the control knob make the lcd work properly for a while...

Is this normal?

But printer is still good, and i'm waiting when there will be source code for gt2560 v4 to be able to tune the firmware.

Hi, this looks like the screen is disturbed and can be used after restarting.

Maybe there are objects around the machine that can generate electromagnetic interference.
