2.2" TFT LCD problem

Hi,

I have this TFT 2.2 220x176 but I could not get it to work with the UTFT library. When I have the screen connected, all the pixels are white. When I program the MCU the screen goes black (as it should be after inicialization) and display the pixel I programaticaly put there. This also happens on the reset button push. Pixel is visible only after second time. I don't have ocsiloscope but seems to me that something is out of sync or something. Also, on your site you have pictures of the board with 18 PIN connector, yet in pinout section you mention the 40 pin header.
I mean the pinout is printed on the board itself so it is hard to get confused there but anyway.
The MMC/SD works fine, I was just unable to test the LCD and touch features due to the fact that I can't get it running. The MCU is Atmega 2560

Neverthe less no matter what color I choose in the setpixel routine, it is always white. Also text is not displayed and there is just some pixel mess.
I must point out that on your site you have pictures of the board with 18 pin but in the pinout section you mention 40 pin header. It doesn't realy matter as the pinout is printed directly on the board.
Just wanted to get some kind of hint what could be wrong that display is always white and display stuff only when the system is LOW during reset or programming.
Other colors don't work. I have atmega 2560 MCu and the UTFT library.

It seems that the product is a faulty one as your mention, but please try to connect it to Arduino Uno to test it. And thanks for your pointing out the mistake in pinout section, I will change it.

I have managed to change color on the pixel, yet the problem with the white screen remains. I will hook it up to the Uno and see how that goes.

In my case if you leave the program running, then my program should appear on the screen after a few seconds, comes back all white screen.
