Heatbed won`t heat

I have switched place on the Sanguinolou for the bed therm and the extruder therm. And now I must have a new therm for the extruder.
The extruder therm is broken in two.
But I think it's something wrong with the Sanguinolou too. When I put the therm on where them are supposed to be I get min temp error in the display. But if I set the therm for bed in therm for extruder slot it's no errors. I don't understand why.
Please help me.

When LCD displays min error, what is the temperature reading?

The temp is 0,0

No only heatbed when the therm is in extruder slot, if I set it in bed slot it shows mintemp.

Please use a multimeter to test the resistance of thermistor,both.
