Changing Thred rod

I am using I3 Pro C dual extruder.My z axis thread rod are almost gone.
1) Please let me know Z axis thread rod details.I will buy it local store.
If I don't get,
2) I have 2 different Thread rod .8MM x 2mm lead.If i replace this rod what changes I have to change in Firmware?

Please give me answer to my both question, because i am trying to do this any 2 way.

For our standard thread rod the thread pitch is 1.25mm.

I am replacing thread rod with 8mm x 2 mm pitch.what are changes need in Firmware ?
