Problem with my PSU

Hello since i finished mounting my i3 pro b, i swiched on just with the power supply connected and the screen started to blink, couldnt hace access to the lcd menu or anything, connected it by usb and the lcd panel stop blinks and turns on. Once i try to move any motor or something it doesnt work, frist at all i check again that everything were wired correctly and after that i checked with an ATX power supply, after that, with my atx power supply everything works perfectly, so i would like to claim a new one, because with the once incluided on the kit i cant use my 3d printer, thanks, and hope this info could help someone that experience the same problem!
