William, thank you for you interest in my problem,
I don't know what I could show you on video! I can show you photos of what I have already printed... But I can't print anything at all now.
If I videoed my machine it would show an E motor not running. All other motors work properly. I use Prepare / Move Axis / 1mm / (E)xtruder but the extruder does not move. What can I show you that would help? Should I use Rambo instead of the Geeetech software to try to make the E motor move?
The E motor works with the X motor wires / cabling. The X motor does not work with E motor wires / cabling . The E motor wires are OK I checked them on X motor, too. I also tried swapping the wires / cabling for E0 and E1 from the inside of the control box.
I switched the little red parts (drivers?) : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/download/file.php?id=1592
from E1 to E0 with no results. I will test and adjust voltage at the potentiometers on the little red parts today.
thanks,
Dave

Re: Extruder stepper motor not working - RAMBO v1.2a
Still trying to make my extruder work again on my Geeetech Prusa i3 pro A.
I checked voltage to all the drivers. Both the extruder drivers were .806 volts. The Z driver had .772 volts so I raised it slightly.
I heated the nozzle to 190 degrees to be sure that the extrude should move.
With E0 wire connected to the Y axis socket (inside the control box) the extruder moves. The Y axis did not move when connected to the E0 or E1 socket.
My configuration (Control) has 93 steps for E axis. What number should work best for " Vmax e:"?I have tried settings from 999 down to 45. What ever I use does not make the extruder move.
Can you tell me how to activate the second extruder (E1) to use that circuit on my extruder?, please.?
thank you very much.
