Printing issues

Could anyone help me to setup my i3 m201 ?
im completly noob with 3d printing
i think that the bed leveling is correct ( i follow the steps with the paper is there any other guide?)
i have set the temperatusre of extruder at 200 and bed at 70
but the result is the following:

whet the Z axis moves up seems that the pla fails to extrude correctly......

Looks like the problem occured by clogging inside the throat.
Try removing all of the filament inside the throat.
If you can't push them by your hand, disassemble the extruder and remove all of the filament clogging inside.

I think this might be help for you.
