Great, I have the firmware file. THe only problem I have now is that the sanguilolo board does not show up under Tools/board
How do I fix that?

I do have the proper port set, com4, as confirmed in device manager

Did you choose correct board type? The board type is "Sanguino W/ATmega1284p 16mhz".
