Hi, if you want to get a new J-head ,you should contact the customer service ,not the technical support.

Believe me i sent like 4 o 5 mails, to any email that i found on the website, you should see the date when i posted this, 1 month ago and since then still dont get any response, the first thing was here on the forum 1 month later
