I tried to update the firmware following the steps in the link you sent me: http://geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=16253
but at the verification step arduino shown a error:

core.a(main.cpp.o): In function `main':

When you open "arduino.exe", is the windows empty before you drag the files into arduino? If not ,delete the contents first.
You need to drag the 59 files together.

I updated successfully the firmware of 3D printer following all the steps in the link: http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=16253 and using the firmware sent to my email by Cheung.Weng@geeetech.cn
When I turn on the printer it was ok, all the motors was working fine, then i turn on the heatbed, it start to heat, but the fan stop working as well as the motors. then i realized that heatbed was heating continuously more than programed temperature. Then I turn off and turn on everything, the heatbed start to heat by itself then the transistor burned producing fire, now the computer does not recognize the printer. I paid $490 for the printer, I am sincerely disappointed. Hope we can solve this problem.

Please check if somewhere of the hotbed wire is touched. Maybe it is short circuit that caused over high current, so the board is burnt.
