I think you can show us with a video,which including the LCD status and all axes movement status when you send a "home" command...

I have done that with no improvement. I can move the Y independently, the X independently, but when I try Z the Y moves instead.
If I Home all they all move correctly so I don't think its a hardware/wiring issue but rather something in the firmware.

1.Did your printer print normally?
2.Also,did you send the command "anto home" before you test the function "move axis"?As far as i know,there may be some problems in movement if you test the motor movement without "auto home" operation.
