I compiled 1.1.8 with 3d touch support. All you need to do is download, unzip and upload to printer.
My A10M+3DTouch on Marlin 1.1.9 firmware will follow soon....

Would you make it for the A10 (GT2560 Rev B) too?

Sure. No problem. My A10 is with the exact same board revision.

I actually have one initial Marlin 1.1.9 in another forum post uploaded here.
And now I just finished upgrading A10M to 1.1.9 (Based on Geeetech3D repo above)

First functional hex-file just came out ot the compiation oven
Gonna be testing today.

Still needs some proper testing. I have been working on a colour 3d model, which I hopefully get to print tonight while also evaluating the firmware. Mostly the config is the same as on my A10 build of 1.1.9

Also fixed my 1.1.9 build. The "no 3d touch" version still assumed that sensor is connected. Now it seems to be fixed
