This transistor acts as a 5V power key between USB and step-down converter on the controller board.

I can see that we are slowly approaching the solution of this riddle.
Do you sometimes have not set some kind of an offset :?:

No.
it looks like a "Home offset" ...
but I do not see where this one could be.
(I remember that it happened suddenly, without changing configuration)

I remember.
You wrote that you were using a printer and after restarting the problem occurred.

Have you tried to view all settings in the operator panel :?:
It is also worth trying (after the control) to save the settings again.

I also suggest to browse the firmware configuration. Didn't it crept in before the compilation of any mistake.
