Power supplies may not provide enough power. And that's why it happens.

I have installed a 480W PSU. The voltage is stable now. But the problem is the same!
Actually the printer is heating up for more than 30 minutes and does not complete heating!
I disassembled and reassembled the complete hotend, checked every cable and connector, measured the resistances of every single part.
Everything seems to be ok. So where is the problem?
In my view this is not a kit, its an experiment!

Could you check your PSU output is 24V or not?
If it is the 24V then you should check the mosfet with the multimeter.
