Hi, If you remove the 3d touch, you can try to adjust the limit switch of the z-axis to manually level it;
Then flash the firmware back to the version without 3d touch.

A20M_G04(GT2560V3+CH340) its exactly w\o sensor - what you mean manual? i take it to lowest point with my hands - it`s manual?
I send the picture when i try to do home its lo low and no filament in the menu! Geeetech firmware is no good !!!

Hi, After you update the firmware without 3d touch, you need to level the hotbed.
You can try to raise the nozzle and then level it, or move the limit switch of the z-axis down to adjust;
Because your version is a Mylar version, the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is the distance between the two leveling papers;
The video you provided shows that the printer can be turned on normally.

The hotbed version of your printer is the Mylar version, not the glass plate.
The distance between the hot bed and the nozzle is the distance between the two leveling sheets.

Ok so its problem of Geeetech not my - i have only i paper with the wrong explanation. Mylar ruined because i try to do it like its say...

so i have more when 3000 printing hours on 5 different models. So it`s not my problem - i do by book and its wrong!!!
I see all video no one on this exact model i do 3 videos and stop i give all information its not your problem it`s Geeetech problem!
Stop talking to me like this is my first printer. Geeetech says whey working on new firmware (whey know have the problem! )
I am not new in 3D printing and not to this printer and i have a more complicated model like QIDI XMAX near to me.
