Hi, you can try to reverse the direction of the motor of the extruder, check the situation,
If it still does n’t work,
It can be installed in the position of the extruder motor using A4988.
maybe not saving the reverse setting of the extruder motor leads to.

but the same, the extruder doesn't move, it works only with A4998.
If I change the A4998 with TMC2208 or TMC2209, the extruder doesn't move anymore.
