Did you choose correct board type(Sanguinololu W/AT mega1284p 16mhz) and serial port?
Do you use our firmware?

Yes the board and port were correct as well, but I got that error when I wanted to upload the firmware, I believe that the atmega1284p doesn't have a bootloader, thus I'm unable to upload the firmware

If not, you should install it first.

Yes, driver properly installed without problems, no yellow exclamation mark. The usb cable are fine because there were no disconnections detected.

Yes, it has been installed, no yellow exclamation mark, com port also left as it is, during connection, correct com port also picked

Yes i did, there were no problems with the driver, no yellow exclamation mark appeared in the device manager

Regarding my tech support on the board, how lomg am i supposed to wait? And another thing, how many posts should i submit to get the post approved. My supports are slow due to posts being approved at lower rate and yet, my time is running out in aliexpress. The wholr printer cannot function and testing it is impossible without the electronic

The software failed to connect just like how I used the normal repetier host. Refer to the picture below
