About the endstops, please recognize every axis and connect the endstops correctly.
As shown in the picture, from left to right should be x, y ,z .

The end stops are connected correctly, I will take a picture when I am home from work. That I'd the first thing I tried. I even switched the x endstop with the y end stop and then y stopped working. I believe it should be the switch.

I think somewhere of the endstop wire is broken, the endstop can not be easily bad.

This morning I switched the wires on the x end stop with the ones on the y end stop. The y is now the black.wires while x is blue. The y end stop still worked with the new wires, however the x end stop did not.

I had this issue too but i found the problem where it is. If you have the acrylic part of geeetech lcd2004 controller, do not screw its 4 screws much more. When you just pinch them much the boards of lcd panel are touching each other.

Are you talking about the LCD mount st the top of the printer? Of so when I get home on Wednesday night I'll try that and save myself the freight to send it back. Thanks!
