All the heatbed wires are insulated as sent by the seller, no short circuit is present. After reading a lot about this topic I can say:
At the beginning of the topic I told you that the heatbed resistance is too low (0.2 ohm) compared to normal values (1 - 1.5 ohm). Considering the voltage provided by the power supply 12 V and the heatbed resistance of 1 ohm, the current required is 12 Amp. which is common. For a heatbed resistance of 0.2 ohm (SHORT CIRCUIT) and voltage of 12 V, the current required is 60 Amp, which exceed the limit of power supply (15 Amp), this is the reason why the mainboard us burnt, hope the power supply did not burnt also. Please review all our conversation.
