MeCreator X axis loosing torque

I have customers macerator the X axis losing torque and shift in the middle of the print , please see attached. I slice the parts and print it in another printer no problem . what do you think is the problem ?
What is the stepper motor (small one) spec?
Only this problem when I print large part.

We are sure the torque of X stepper is enough in our printer, because we have sold thousands of MeCreators.
Would you please move X axis manully and test it to be heavy or light when Printer is poweroff ?
We can't promise that every thing is OK after a long express.

Iam not saying that you have design problem. The stepper tune very light when I turn it when the Power is off. Do you think we should replace it ?

I don't think you need a replacement, please try more times carefully and see what's wrong with it, I think it's not very difficult to you.

I think that the extruder skipping on a large parts due to torque problems .

You can increase the stepper driver by turning the potentiometer in clockwise on stepper driver.
Please turn it just a few each time.

1.3V or higher, but sometime depend on fact.
