Bought a Geetech prusa mendel (iteration 3)

Put it together and fried the mosfet on the first try(Sanguinololu Rev 1.3a).
Got a SAV mk1 board and did make a few prints. then noticed that filament started skipping steps and that the extruder parts started to slip out (GT1) The hotend part got separated from the plastic part.

Ok bad part i thought

Boutht a GT4 extruder and did manage to make a few prints then noticed that feeding stopped. Also noted that the metal part was kind of bend and loose. Thought it might be a bad assembly and took it apart and put it together again. Printed a bit and then the same thing happened again.

Any suggestion what can be the problem.

"fried the mosfet on the first try", do you mean the mosfet is burned out?
As for other issues, could you please take a photo or video? So that we could find a best solution.

The mosfet is not a issue, i have written off that board.

I have another board, SAV MK1

The issue is problem with the extruder GT4

Is the teperature is high enough? (170-190 degrees for PLA, 190-200 for ABS)
You can try to raise the temperature to the recommended value, or higher if necessary.

Temperature is correct. Using ABS @230c.

Is the Estep correct?

The motor works just fine noe problem. I t is just the filament that stops feeding.

Have tried different settings for the hobbed bolt.

I think the problem is when the metalfart become loose it twist and filament get stuck

Have you tightened the hotend?

no.

It came preassebled to the j-head.

You said the metal par loose, maybe the hot end or the extruder bracket has not been twisted tightly.
If they are tightened but the filament can not feed still, try to adjust the extruding intensity.
