Hot End taking forever to heat up

Hey all I have my printer up and running but the hotend seems to be taking forever to heat up it starts at 24C and after 15 min is only at 27C I have checked all connections and they all seem good and you can tell the end is heating up by touch. and the Thermester is reading the temp does change on the display. any suggestions would be great

When you are heating the extruder, is the temperature of hotbed raising? If so ,please connect the wire correctly, because you connect the exturder thermistor to hotbed pin.

Thank you for your reply turns out i had the hotend plugged into the wrong spot I had it plugged in where the #2 hot end would go. Movd wires and works fine
