Hello,

I finished assembling the new acrylic i3 b printer.

I have given power and everything seems to work normal except few things.

1. The z axis end point is too down that it cannot touch.

2. The heat bed movies only to one direction. If increased the value it move backwards , then if reduced then stil it moves back. It doesn't come front. But this happened after duin auto home option.. Before it was normal.

What should I do now and how should I put the filament ?

Just to clarify some points :
1. What do you mean by the Z axis end point ? I think you might be talking about your Z endstop. If that's the case, look after the screw setup on the X-axis left end (Part "P1"). You can lower it in order to touch the Z endstop sooner. Picture here :

2. I have no idea about that, sorry. You might check again the wiring for your Y motor.
