Hi sir
sorry to post again with my problem
I My extruder support bend fter use around 2 Hours
How can i fix this ?

how could this happen? is there any cracks on the part? do you think it can make it if i send you the stl file for this support plate. if not i will send you another one.

I don't know why it happen but it hasn't any crack .i think because of heating and maybe defect of this parts
So it is appreciated if you send stl file of this part first
If I can not print ,may be will ask for send to me again

Happened to me also and ended up replacing it with 2 metal brackets.

I have this EXACT same problem. maybe 6 hours of printing and now it's at a severe angle

I share my test .
My basket is bent from high temperature many hours.
I remove them from extruder and use "hair-dryers" and flow Hot air in that bent basket around 2-3 minute
and I pull it back to original shape . It can easily to reshape.
^^
and now I put brass plate to fix them top and bottom for reduce bending problem
