Iduino Mega R3 has not have Firmware or Boot Driver on it..

I bought the prusa I3 kit. I put it all together but now i can not connect to the computer. It shows out as dev/ttyACM.. I need dev/ttyUSB..

Is there firmware that I can download or send it back??
