No energe at the out of Sanguino card

Hello . I did the installation of the product. MK2a heater do not working. I dont printing any items from the printer because heatbed is cold.
No energe at the out of Sanguino card. The heatbed does not work out .
I changed out of bed with Extruder. The Extruder Power out is working but the bed power out does not work.
I'm waiting for suggestions from you for repair . I want to change or Sanguino card.

LCD displaying is Geeetech i3b ready.

Only when hotbed thermistor is open circuit will have this problem. Please check if hotbed thermistor is connected.
