Firstly, please check if the extruder motor can rotate without filament. If it rotates, maybe the power of motor or the extrusion tension is not high enough:
1.Please rotate the screw across spring in extruder clockwise to change extrusion tension
2. The power for extruder motor is not high enough, please rotate the screw on extruder motor driver, to let the voltage between the screw and GND is more than 1V.
If it can not rotate even without filament, please check if the extruder motor driver is fine:
Swap the extruder motor driver with any other fine driver, check if the extruder motor ratates, if it does, we can conclude that the extruder motor driver is dead.

Please try to raise the temperature of extruder, 200 degrees for PLA, 240 degrees for ABS.

What's the status of the switches under motor driver? They should be on.

the switches are all on , it must be a driver issue , I have a dual extruder and I switch the plugs for motor because I thought I had plug them backwards , but the motor moves .. but the motor/extruder 1 its the one that don't move and the motor/extruder 0 doesnot do anything, I know its not defective ,is it a software issue ?

How about swapping the extruder motor driver with x or y motor driver? If it moves, the extruder motor driver is dead.
If it still not moving, please try to re-upload the firmware. The firmware has been sent to your email.
