prints does well at first then offsets

Hi, my 3d printer starts printing no problem for the first 4 min then all of a sudden it offsets and ruins everything. Anyone know a solution?

Maybe it is slicer setting issue, you can refer to this page to change it:

Great thanks! btw i actually think i found the problem, the extruder bracket thats 3d printed warped because of the heat so... i guess i cant print until i find a replacement :(

HAHA that actually was my intention but the issue is that the extruder bracket, the thing that holds the extruder is warped and wont print properly so even if i tried, it wouldnt work :/ gotta make something else intstead. thanks anyways

It will take some time if we send you a new extruder holder, so please try to use a hair dryer to bend it back, some people did it sucessfully.
We can send you a new extruder holder printed in ABS if you want.

Please contact the customer service to ask for a new one.
I still suggest you print one if you can because it take much time to receive a new extruder holder.
