Lots of problems

Hello i purchased the Acrylic Frame 3D Printer I3 via e-bay,

First of all while i followed all the instructions u gave me when i finished with installing
the drivers and the firmware (with all the necessary settings ) and activated the 3d printer
like 15 seconds later both fans got burned and that was the least ... when i decided to preheat the nozzle and the bed to print my first item
nozzle got on fire (cables and the tape ) in like 3-4 seconds ( the temperature on the monitor hitted 200 *C and thats too much in 4 seconds even without a fun ) and also the connections of the board
that connects the bed was start smoking ... so i shut it down immediately ... when i re-activated the printer nozzle wasnt heating at all ! The following pictures are the evidence of what happened
and the way i connected the board and the power supply ...

Do you have a multimeter?
Please unplug the heating wires, test the resistance of extruder heating wire (about 4.5 ohm) and hotbed(1.2 ohm) .

Hello ,
i tested both of them , the extruder wasnt responding at all as u can see in the photo

Somewhere of the extruder heating wire must be broken, because the resistance you get is infinitely great, please check the wire.
Please make sure the cooling fan is working for the mosfet, without the fan, the mosfet will burn too.
And please check somewhere of hot bed is short circuit, short circuit will lead to extremly high current and the mosfet will be burnt immediately.

Hello, u had right the heating wire must be broken inside the hotend because when i metered the cables individually i actually had a mesurement

so i guess it needs replacement,
about the fans as i told you both got burned the first time i opened the 3d printer in like 1 minute of working time.
And last how can i check if the hotbed is small cirquit ? since the resistance of the cables are ok it shouldnt smoking and from what i am reading in ur forums there are a lot of people having this problem so maybe its the quality of the mofset contacts ?

So Extruders temp issues, here is my fix:
Once I got the basic frame together (still with issue, but all together) I started on the electronics. Here during wire routing inspections, I found the extruder temp sensors leads were touching the extruder bulkhead. I had to take it apart and add Heat Resistant Kapton Tape on the leads. You will need Kapton tape if you do this fix! Maybe you can find better way too! Then I found one lead that was not crimped tight and pulling out. Simple fix with a crimper. When I put it back together, I added some silicone heat compound in the sensor cavity to improve sensitivity.

Yes, the wire is fine, but the hotend inside is broken.
