Extruder Leak

I seem to have a leak in the top of the extruder. Just wondering what the best process is for fixing this up.

hi,it's because you did not tigeten up the screw and nozzle.look at the picture,please tighten the screw,then rotate the hotend.nozzle should be tighten up.Don't be too hard,or it will damage.
